Polka Dot Powerhouse is a community of women from all walks of life. Our members include business owners, professionals, retirees, creatives, public servants, stay-at-home moms, women navigating life transitions, and plenty of women who simply wanted to meet good people and be part of something positive.

What brings us together isn't what we do for a living, instead it's how we show up for one another. We believe in connection over competition, collaboration over comparison, and creating a space where women can feel encouraged, supported, and valued.

About our Speaker: Karly Stein is a Colorado-based artist, creative entrepreneur, published author, and international speaker who believes creativity should be fun, accessible, and free from the pressure of perfection. As the artist behind K. Stein Creations, Karly is known for creating colorful, hands-on experiences that encourage people to play, experiment, and step outside the lines. Her paint-pouring classes were recognized by Denver Westword as the 2022 Readers’ Choice for Best Art Class. Beyond the art studio, Karly is the founder of Senior Living Markets and Here 4 the Dopamine, bringing her love of connection, community, and creating meaningful experiences into everything she does. As a proud Dot Sister, Karly is excited to combine two things she loves—creativity and connection—for this experience. Her philosophy is simple: you don't have to consider yourself creative to create. Sometimes you just need permission to play.

Our meetings are 2 hours long and are designed to help women connect, learn, and build relationships.

SPEAKER APPLICATION PROCESS

Opening November 2026

Our speakers help educate, inspire, and encourage our members through topics that support personal and professional growth.

Rather than delivering a sales presentation, we ask speakers to focus on sharing valuable insights, experiences, and practical takeaways. When members connect with your message, relationships naturally follow.

Selected speakers receive a 20-minute presentation slot, including audience questions. Applications are reviewed carefully to ensure a variety of topics and perspectives throughout the year. Because our calendar is planned well in advance, submitting an application does not guarantee a speaking opportunity.
